These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ODDS mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by the ODDS team ("ODDS", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ODDS provides curated sports betting tips, predictions, odds information, booking codes, live scores, and related analysis for informational and entertainment purposes. ODDS is not a bookmaker, betting exchange, or gambling operator. We do not accept wagers, hold stakes, or process bets of any kind. Any actual bet you choose to place is placed directly by you on a third-party betting platform, entirely outside of ODDS and at your own discretion and risk.
Tips, predictions, odds, and "tickets" offered through the Service reflect analysis and opinion. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any tip, prediction, or booking code, and past performance shown in the app is not a guarantee of future results. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions and any resulting financial loss.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority and legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. Betting can be addictive and carries financial risk. Only gamble what you can afford to lose, and seek help if gambling stops being enjoyable or starts affecting your finances, relationships, or wellbeing.
To use most features of the Service you must register using a valid phone number and verify it via a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
ODDS offers a free, ad-supported tier and a paid "Premium" subscription tier (daily tickets, ad-free experience, and other premium features). Premium may be purchased either (a) as an in-app purchase through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, billed and managed by the respective store, or (b) via supported mobile money payment methods (e.g. M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money) processed by our payment partner. Prices are shown in the app prior to purchase. Subscriptions purchased through an app store renew automatically unless cancelled through that store's subscription settings, and refunds for store purchases are handled according to the relevant store's refund policy. Mobile money purchases are generally final once processed, except as required by law.
The Service may allow you to open third-party sports betting platforms (for example SportyBet, Bet9ja, or 1xBet) to place a bet using information shown in the app. These platforms are independent, are not owned or controlled by ODDS, and are governed by their own terms of service, privacy policies, and licensing. We are not responsible for the availability, legality, conduct, odds, payouts, or customer service of any third-party platform.
Free-tier use of the Service is supported by advertising, including ads served through Google AdMob. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising data is handled.

From time to time we may offer referral rewards or promotional codes. Such programs are subject to additional terms disclosed in the app and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and underlying software, is owned by ODDS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or misused the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ODDS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including financial losses arising from bets placed on third-party platforms, whether or not based on information obtained through the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above, and, where appropriate, notified in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
